Established in 2016 and wholly owned by Integrity and Reliability Solutions PTY LTD Trust, IR Solutions has been at the forefront of guided wave research and is considered market leaders in providing support to its clients with equipment and mentoring.
IR Solutions aims to be industry leader in developing new technologies, services and products, and providing mentoring and support to a global client base in the fields of integrity management and plant inspection using new engineering solution, NDT techniques, and new ways of thinking.
We work with government agencies, local authorities, government-regulated industries and the private-sector to provide safe and reliable process, piping, offshore Oil & Gas platforms, onshore Oil & Gas fields, Refineries, petrochemical plants, other metal structures, and reliable business process complying with local and international regulations, international standards, and most recommended industrial practices.
IR Solutions has a strong customer base that is built on long-term customer relationships. Our portfolio is composed of small service companies, leading national and international oil and gas operating companies, petrochemical plants, and refineries.
Our name is synonymous with great relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. We are building a business that is in tune with the needs of the global client base we serve, finding new ways to deliver safety through structural and engineering assessments, condition monitoring and specialist NDT of a highly diverse range of pressure equipment and structures.

Our Integrity and Integrity teams have intensive experience in developing asset integrity system including business processes, inspection and maintenance procedures, inspection and maintenance plan, RBI analysis, RAM and RCM/FMEA analysis.
Our teams have unique experience and capability in developing asset performance management system including software selection criteria, developing function requirements according to business requirements, conducting technical evaluation, developing function design specification, SIT / UAT testing scenario and scripts, going life activities, integration to most popular ERP system and PI systems, developing Safety critical elements (SCE) monitoring systems and reporting, developing KPIs, and conducting software / technical / Functional training.
