  • Developed Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) management, monitoring workflow, and reporting system.
  • Developed Inspection and maintenance strategies for Utilities, Refinery, and Petrochemical Petronas plants.
  • Reviewed RBI analysis for Utilities, Refinery, and Petrochemical Petronas plants.
  • Updated RBI Risk analysis according to new 5X5 Petronas risk matrix for Utilities, Refinery, and Petrochemical Petronas plants.
  • Developed Inspection and Thickness monitoring review and approval workflow and reporting templates.
  • Developed data collection and review workflows for each discipline.
  • Developed Petronas reliability and integrity level 5 business processes including defining roles, responsibilities, and scope of work.
  • Completed design phase for asset performance management project utilizing GE APM V4.3 enterprise solution (Meridium).
  • Completed function design specifications for RCM, FMEA, asset strategy management, operator rounds, reliability analytics, RBI 580/581, inspection management, thickness measurement, root cause analysis, production loss accounting, APM foundation, asset health management, and policy designer.
  • Led GE APM V4.3 to SAP integration.
  • Developed Petronas testing scenarios and scripts for all GE APM V4.3 modules (Meridium).
  • Developed RBI risk adjusting methodology from 6X5 matrix to 5×5 matrix values.
  • Developed RBI analysis mapping between PRBI and GE APM 4.3.
  • Designed inspection reports in GE APM according to PRBI.

  • Witness FAT and SIT tests and review procedures.
